Die Teilnehmenden lernen, wie man Programme im Bereich Reproduktive Gesundheit umsetzt und besprechen dabei internationale Strategien. Andererseits werden auch Themen wir Unfruchtbarkeit, neue Methoden zur Familienplanung oder männliche Gesundheit besprochen.

Participants will learn to analyse Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) policy in its historical context and to apply the tools required for reproductive health programme implementation.

Content Overview

• Global health relevant to reproductive health and its challenges
• Strategies, frameworks and tools (developed e.g. by WHO, UNAIDS; UNFPA) for improving and managing reproductive health in the health system with a particular focus on appropriate indicators, planning processes and service provision
• The neglected SRH agenda like infertility, new family planning methods, male sexual health, health of vulnerable groups e.g. sex worker.
